I SEARCHED...

I searched with all my heart to know
If God was really there;
He graciously revealed Himself,
His mercy, love, and care

THE CREATURES OF NATURE

O Lord, we can see all around us each day
The wisdom the creatures of nature display;
O help us to learn from Your marvelous world
The wonder and beauty Your hands have unfurled.

OUR TIME

We’re all accountable to God
For how we use our time each day;
Are moments chosen carefully,
Or wasted mindlessly away?

RESPONDS TO HIM

For many, love is just a word,
A passing phase, a brief emotion;
But love that honors our Lord
Responds to Him with deep devotion

WHY NOT KNOW?

Not so in haste, my heart!
Have faith in God, and wait;
Although He seems to linger long
He never comes too late.

OBEY HIS WORD

Lord, help us to obey Your Word,
To heed Your still small voice;
And may we not be swayed by men,
But make Your will our choice

He promised

Press on in your service for Lord,
Spurred on by your love for the Lord;
He promised that if you are faithful,
One day you’ll receive your reward

JOY AND PEACE

Oh, what joy and peace we forfeit,
When forgiveness we withhold;
Fellowship with God is broken,
And the heart grows hard and cold.

THE VALLEY OF SORROW

I have been through the valley of weeping,
The valley of sorrow and pain;
But the God of all comfort was with me,
At hand to uphold and sustain.

AS YOU HAVE LOVED ME, LORD..

As You have loved me, let me love
Lost souls in darkness dwelling;
To draw the needy ones to You,
Lord, give a zeal compelling!
